Home Renovation Savings is offered by Enbridge Gas and Save on Energy with Ontario government support. We help you understand the upgrade choices, application sequence and paperwork before you commit.
Start with your project. Insulation and windows use a different route from a heat pump or thermostat. The right sequence matters as much as the rebate amount.

These are separate pathways, not a combined entitlement. Read program terms.
For the assessed pathway, complete an initial evaluation before work and plan at least two qualifying upgrades. A follow-up evaluation documents the improvements. The program offers $600 toward the assessments after successful completion and an additional $500 for three qualifying upgrades.
Official assessment pathwaySome measures have a pathway without a whole-home energy assessment. They still have equipment, contractor and application requirements. For heat pumps, confirm program approval before installation and check the purchase or lease rebate route.
