Insulation & draft proofing

Keep more warmth inside your home.

Weatherization improves the parts of a home that let heat escape. In Ontario, eligible Enbridge Gas households can explore no-cost insulation and draft proofing through the Home Winterproofing Program.

Common questions

Is weatherization the same as a furnace replacement?

No. Weatherization primarily addresses heat loss, such as insulation and draft proofing. Equipment upgrades follow their own program or purchase route.

Can a senior or a renter apply?

Age alone does not establish eligibility. Household and utility criteria apply, and renters may need landlord participation. The delivery agent confirms the correct route.
